This was an inexpensive addition to my overall system, especially the feature of playing all DVDs in high definition. It comes with 3D glasses should a movie come out that was desirable in 3D. The best feature is the ability to stream Netflix movies as my grandchildren often like to watch the latest releases.

Overall a good product. Would buy it again. If the WiFi pauses, it locks up the system and it won't turn off. The only way to clear it at that point is to unplug the unit.

I like this product so much I have bought one for my sister. She absolutely loves using it as well. I will stay with this brand as long as they continue to give these great results. The internet features work very well and the wifi setup is very quick.

Perhaps Marcel Marceau (the mime) could use the instruction sheet; I would prefer instructions on how to set up, connect to network etc. But the unit itself is fine and good value. Sound output playing a DVD is VERY weak on a 4' cable; (will try a short cable).

We previously bought a samsung blu ray player and it kept pausing while watching netflix. There were also several other things that would go wrong. So we bought this one and have been completely impressed with it!! We use it all the time!

Our last wifi blue ray player had connection issues. We would use it to connect to Netflix, and it would often not connect, or would stall or even stop altogether. But this one has worked perfectly for us thus far. No issues to share.

Needed to replace a Blu-ray player on short notice. Went online and chose store pick-up. FAST FAST FAST. Real pleasure using th eonline service and the folks at the Hawthorne store were great. Product is an exellent value.

Overall I really love this dvd player. The only thing I would change is the auto play feature when you insert a disc. I really miss that since this one does not have that option. I like the sync option for you tube. Cool,.

I have not had any problems with this unit which is nice becuase I do not buy things so I have to mess with them but use them.

This is my first Blu-ray player, I am very happy with this, I wasn't sure if I would utilize the Wi-Fi, but it is very easy to use and now I can put videos on youtube for the boys and not tie up the laptop.

I got this for my dad as a christmas gift. He loved it. The only dwn side was tht he wnted to run all the cables thru the walls so he wont see thm. But i hve to agree it turned out great whn we were dne

Overall I am very pleased with it. I had to buy more HDMI cables and run everything through my receiver due to only having HDMI ports. Wish it had red/white audio connections - but no big deal.

This model was exactly what i wanted. Having just purchases a LG tv, it compliments it very well. can use DVD remote with the Tv, which makes it very easy to switch between HDMI ports.

I wasn't there to buy this but the guy that helped me convinced me that this would be a much simpler. He was right. i don't remember his name but he was very knowledgable and helpful.

Bought to go with new TV in wife's hobby room and wanted it to be smart so would get internet. Works great,

I wanted the same make bluray player as my TV. Easy hook up, compatible and easy controls. Very satisfied

I am happy with the purchase and price as I don't have a 3D capable TV. However, the small price difference for the 3D version makes me think it could have been priced a little cheaper.

My husband & I really enjoy watching dvd's on this blue ray player. It's also easier for my husband to watch Netflix with it's Wi-Fi since he doesn't know how to use a computer.

Set up only took a few minutes. Much better than original Blue ray players since it was build in WIFI so no Ethernet cable. The upconversion of DVD is also a nice on it

Took a second call to resolve a problem of the player not retaining the network or Netflix setup info. Once told to download a software update has performed flawlessly.
