    Love this product. Other household members complain that it takes too long to boot up and crashes Netflix on occasion.

    I exchanged this unit for a Sony only because it had no coax connection which I needed to connect to a sound bar. My previous experience with LG products has been positive.

    The big thing to be aware of is the large differences from the previous model to this later model. It seems that many brands changed the smart tech choices between models. The previous model had 12 smart tech choices including Amazon. This model has 6 choices and Amazon is not included. I had to switch to a different brand and the more expensive model inorder to get the Amazon choice back. Be aware of this.

    I purchased this BD player for compatibility with my LG42LD550 LCD TV. Installation couldn't be easier. Nice to be able to use one remote for both devices.

    My system worked great right up to the point the wifi died. They indicated that they would refund the price of the unit. Too early to tell if they will follow thru.

    I just happened to catch this item on sale before Thanksgiving and, boy, am I glad I was in the market for a Blu-ray player!! It is worth every penny.

    Basically I wanted a player that played netflix and Amazon video player. It didn't play Amazon so my bad for purchase.

    Nothing fancy, but it does the job. Seems to connect to the internet well and allows us to watch our Netflix and Hulu. Does fine with the blue-ray discs too.
