Great player. Does it all, and has great network connectivity. I especially like the compact size, as it fits in nicely to limited space available for all my A/V components.

Have only had it for a few days, but so far very pleased. The picture quality while streaming is super. The speed is also very good. So far I love it.

I love the picture quality. I love all the features, I use Netflix a lot. The only issue is that loading apps takes awhile but when loaded is great.

This is my first blu ray player and I'm very pleased. The quality is great and the use of the equipment is also very user friendly.

I bought this for my daughters room and it is great for just playing DVD's. It is easy to set up.

i was playing all my movies on my xbox but there is a night and day difference really good picture

Great BluRay player for watching Netflix, Hulu+ and playing Pandora. It has a great picture also.

Just purchased this yesterday and have used it 5 times so far, and all 5 times I have to get up, unplug the power and plug it back in because it freezes on me and none of the buttons work on the remote, but the remote works and no matter which button you click on, you will see a light blinking for 3 times each time on the console. I do like the wifi built in.

Great Blu ray player with smart apps, quick load times and very easy to set up

This is an average product for the price. I've purchase LG TV's and enjoy them. This was easy to physically set up, but I found the user interface for the unit to be clunky. I beleive if I weren't an IT professional, this could have been a very frustrating appliance to set up.

I've had this player for about a month and it is awsome. You can stream movies from your pc that's a big plus. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys watching high quality movies.

its a great blu ray player for the money and the apps that it come with. The only problem is that the netflix and wi-fi connection are very unreliable on it. LG is a great brand though, always been good products coming from them.

Worked great, then tonight tried to connect to Netflix (we'd already done it several times with this player) and it wouldn't connect to the internet at all. At first it found the router, but wouldn't complete the connection to the internet. But after re-trying and resetting both the player and my router multiple times, it eventually would only show that it found a network with an SSID of all zeroes - not my network. After unplugging the player one last time, I plugged it in again and the TV couldn't even locate the player. At this point it wasn't working at all. I even tried it on another TV. Still no go. Going to have to return this. I guess I'll give it another chance and try a replacement of the same model because we really liked this LG while it worked. Already tried the Panasonic model, which didn't work from the get-go. Had to return that one too! This is getting very frustrating.

Love how I can just go any where in the house I want and don't have to worry about dragging a cord for the internet with me.

got a great deal on this unit prior to the holidays and while the blue ray player works as it is supposed to. I mainly purchased for the smart apps in particular netflix. It never worked. I contacted customer support with LG 3 times at which I was lied to on 2 of those occasions. They claimed this as a known issue with the unit and Netflix and said a software update would be available and pushed out within a week. After a month passed I contacted LG once again and was told that the agent would solve the issue and email me back. 2 weeks following that I contacted them a third time at time which time they agreed to issue a refund for the unit. No telling how long that will take in the meanwhile I paid for a unit that does not work nor can I use the services I pay for ( netflix) . I highly suggest looking at another unit if you have intent of using the smart apps in particular netflix.
