The dryer looks great and has many useful features/cycles. The first few times I used the steam feature, water condensed on the door and leaked out. This wasn't too big of a deal, I just had to wipe it up. Also, every time I use a fabric softener sheet, it gets stuck on the sharp edge of the lint filter assembly. This causes the sheet to stick to the dryness sensors and stop the cycle too soon. Also it caused the residue from the softener sheet to gunk up on the sensors, so I had to wipe them down. Other than leaking water and not being able to use softener sheets, it is a pretty nice dryer, but I guess you get what you pay for. It was the cheapest steam dryer LG had available.

I just love my new washer. I have always had hand me down washers. This has great features like extra wash cycle and you can choose the spin level and soil level- how dirty the items are. I have some issues - like my clothes dont have the downey - gain smell- but the clothes are super clean.

I am pleased with my purchase and I the ease of operation. The upgrade to new is wonderful...

Great dryer. Love the steam settings to get out wrinkles

It's a fair dryer for the price. The biggest disappointment is the sense dry feature and the default dry times for low heat. It's supposed to sense when clothes are dry and adjust the time accordingly, but typically all of the clothes are not completely dry after one cycle. I think the default dry time is too short so I usually have to increase it. The other thing that is quite an annoying issue is that there's a spot near the dryer vent on the inside that likes to snag real thin items, like the dryer sheet or lacy items. This could end up damaging thin/small clothes.

Love it! Doesn't take me all weekend to do laundry anymore.

Dries quickly and completely with a steam setting!

I was very excited to receive my new dryer on Saturday 12/29/12. After the delivery men seemed to be working on the "install" for quite some time, they told me the heating coil does not get hot. They asked if I wanted to call a service man to repair it. I declined as I would like a new working dryer. They took the broken new dryer away, along with my old dryer. The soonest they could bring me another dryer was the following Friday 1/4. I wasn't happy about it but I wanted a new dryer and would take a day off work. Next I received an email from them telling me they were coming on Thursday 1/3, so I again had to change my work schedule to accomodate them. When the dryer was delivered today, it had no power at all. The delivery men tried to tell me it was an outlet problem and I needed to call an electrician. I told them to return the dryer as I would not sign for a dryer that did not work. Now they decided to take the back off the dryier and start reconnecting wires and connectors. After about 20 minutes they had the dryer working. This does not make me feel very good about the quality of dryer I received, and I have shared my oppinion with Best Buy. I am absolutely shocked at the poor quality of product they allow to be delivered to their customers. I intend on returning this dryer.
