Bought both of these as a set and they work great. Almost 3 years with no issues

The dryer was delivered and installed by the Best Buy delivery guys. It was completely uneventful, just as it should be. They came, removed the old machine, installed the new machine, tested it, and left. Since then, the machine has worked uneventfully, exactly as it should. I like that there is an internal light that turns on when you open the door. It makes it easy to notice if you have left a random piece of clothing.

I've had this dryer (and the LG steam washer) for a month and love it. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I haven't owned it long enough to know if there are any issues. I researched washers and dryers for months before deciding on this one. It has everything I want. The steam cycle is fantastic to refresh pillows or bedding. The standard cycles offer great options, but I also like that I can manually set a dry cycle myself. I have my washer and dryer stacked, so found out only once they were installed that the 6-foot power cord was too short to reach the dryer power outlet. I suggested doing your best to figure this out in advance and also determine whether you need a 3 or 4-prong power cord. The delivery guys brought a 3-prong one with them, so couldn't install it and had to come back another time. I could not find a 10-foot 4-prong power cord in any store (Best Buy, Lowe's, Home Depot, WalMart, Target, etc.). I had to order it online from Amazon, which further delayed the installation. If you're unsure, have both 3 and 4 prong on hand and return the one you don't use. Best Buy is great about accepting returns and I found Customer Service to be exceptional. Hopefully, my review will help you avoid my fiasco. :-)

I love this dryer. It dies my clothes quickly and doesn't seem to wrinkle clothing. Quiet running.

Capacity of this dryer is great for bulky items and blue jeans. Quite and drys well

Was forced to buy a new washer and what is buying a new washer without a new dryer. Still not sold on this one 100%. My wife loves it but I think it is only alright. Still need more time for it to win me over. I feel that certain drying cycles don't dry the clothing properly. Took me a while to find the custom cycle of setting the heat level and the time.

this dryer is great. lots of settings and only requires one cycle for clothes to completely dry
