As victims of the South Louisiana 100 year flood this product has been an absolute life saver. The sensor drying as well as the steam options have been a tremendous time saver on helping us to revitalize many of our fabrics affected by the flood and storage. As a new grandmother of twins, this system will also be quite useful in the maintenance of the babies clothes and bedding. Love it!

I love this washer & dryer. My previous set was LG and I never had any problems with them. Sold them when we moved to another state. So, of course, I chose LG again. I'd been wishing for the steam dryer since I heard about it so now was my chance. Also chose the pedestal washer for times when I only have a few items. Very happy with purchase so far & sure I will continue to be.

Great Dyer with amazing features. Although would had wished I didn’t pay extra for the steam option, I don’t think it works as well, my linens comes out wrinkle , to be honest I don’t even use it (doesn’t mean I don’t need it) I deal with a lot of linens and instead of ironing each tablecloth I put a damp towel and give it 15 mins on a regular setting, does the job better than the actual steam cycle .. I also do not like the cooling setting at the end of each drying cycle and there’s no way of removing it. I prefer the clothes stay hot so it won’t wrinkle from staying inside the machine. I’ve also had problems with the drying setting, I would put it on normal/cotton giving it 50mins-1hr on high heat and if I’m not aware the clothes would stay damp.. ?? Not sure why that happens, with my old dryer I would give it 40-30 mins to dry and no problem... I wish I went with something basic because to be honest I don’t use any of those settings.
