Both machines Takes longer to dry and longer to wash.

We purchased this dryer to replace the similar electric model we owned since our new home has a gas connection. It works even better than our electric model did while using a lot less energy. Would recommend to all even in the cherry color...only down side is it takes longer to get.

The only complaint I have is that the manufacturers of these front load machines make them so short that it is almost if not definitely a necessity to have them installed with the pedestals. Which by the way average about $250 each. Sold separately of course. OUCH!!!!!

I hate this dryer. The sales person didn't tell me it wasn't setup for LP and I would have to figure that out on my own and order the part. Once switching the orfice the unit is extremely loud when the burner lights. LG says that's normal however I wouldnt have paid $1000 for it had I known. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed.

After installation per instructions, the control would not run the initial self-check cycle. Cannot recommend a dryer with a defective control.

After researching a washer and dryer that had the option to be sackable, my wife and chose these LG models and have been satisfied

GOod dryer but I dont like the economy funvction. COntrols settign are not relaly intuttive but workable

Buyer beware. From day 1, dryer wouldn't dry clothes properly. LG "smart diagnosis" via smartphone says there's no error, but, actually, yes there is LG. Clothes don't dry in "Sensor mode" because the sensor technology is bad. Sensors malfunction for no reason. Even after repair, thorough drying still does not happen, most loads need to be run 2x. And the Smartphone app does not exist--the cycles don't let you make custom choices, even though it might look that way from the control panel. Wish I never bought this product.

These are very attractive and run quietly. Alot of features for the price from a great brand...

I was expecting the dryer to dry towels and sheets in one cycle, but this hasn't happened yet. I'm have contacted LG to help resolve what I think is a problem with the dryer. They checked it out via the phone and thought that everything was O.K. I unplugged the unit for a reset and it seems to be working better, but not as good as I expected.

Same as the washer - great machine Just a lot of extra bells and whistles

The Dryer works like it was suppose to But was missing one leg.

I am satisfied so far. I highly recommend it to others.

In the spin cycle the LG washer made an extremly loud banging noise that could last for a few minutes. Thought it was just a bad machine, but its replacement did the same thing. Switched to a Maytag washer which has its own but different noise issues.

dryer is not a problem. both are level, and we watch each to make sure they are level. we are using a 24" level and level from front to back, side to side, and an X patern, but the washer still is off balanced.

I scheduled an installation today between 4:00 and 8:00. They arrived at 3:22 and left at 3:45 before I got home from work. This was the third installation appointment

Terrible dryer...doesn't dry clothes no matter what setting I use. Was checked out & passed all tests. Extremely disappointed.

Live the color but these machines have been pure heel since I bought them
