I got this washer/dryer combo because of reviews online as well as the best buy worker who also had nothing but good things to say. I also purchased it on Black Friday so the deal was extra nice.

Bought this washer when our old top loader died. Was a great value and works. Takes stains and everything else out of clothes. Would highly recommend LG washers.

Great washer for the price. Doesn't shake like some front loaders do. Like the quick wash cycle. Like the steam feature but not something I use on a daily basis.

We were excited about this washer as it was replacing a 10 year old top loader. It worked great when the installer ran the test cycle without clothes, but when we loaded it with our first load of laundry, it shook violently. My wife thought the snow plow was working in our driveway, but I said "Nope, that's our washer." We leveled it, per LG's instructions, but it didn't help. We took this item back.

No problems so far. Works perfectly and plays some cute music when the load is done. Lots of options for loads.

I was very pleased to find a good quality, high efficiency washer at such a great price. Reviews seem to be good and I'm hoping I enjoy this machine as much as many of the other reviewers who have purchased this product. So far, so good!

We wanted a front loader for our small space and this one won out. It washes decently but I'm skeptical about really large duvet covers and such. I haven't yet tried the steam cycle either. I would recommend it especially for the price!!

Exceeded my expectations and Best Buy installation team was awesome. They were in and out in 20 minutes.

I have noticed that A LOT of water gets trapped where the degergent goes. Also, in one load, I noticed water leaking out around the seal of the door. Clothes seem clean though..

We bought this when they had their Memorial Day sale and couldn't be happier. It's very quiet and it came with a 10 year warranty on the motor.

Washer works good, but can not change the side the door swings from.

Good product, the size is just right. The cycle finishes in 30minutes. The noisy level is a little high.

cleans good and easy to use, not too loud. load it and start it no problems when you comeback all is good our old top load HE would get out of balance an stop sometimes a wash could take 4 hours, but this one works great.

Happy with my purchase! Solid choice against LG competitors. Best Buy is a great place to shop. The delivery service was very good too.

lg is a big name, got it on sale from BB ,was the best price among competitors,quiet, eficient, great cleaning, a little pricey though

I find this a very good product the cloths come out very clean lent free smelling real nice, very modern looking looks nice in my home,saves money on water and power, I'm very happy with the product.
