Very pleased with both washer and dryer. A bit dissatisfied with the wash cycle on the washer because of the way the water comes in. It shakes the pipes and makes a loud noise. I may not know how to use the settings correctly. I had Best Buy deliver and set it up but they did not give a good orientation on how to use the products.

The steam and sanitizing options help out especially with baby clothes.

This washer makes doing laundry fun. I actually stand there watching it figure out how to balance the load.

Works great. Seems like our other dryer had tons of lint. This barely has any. Clothes dry pretty quick.

The size has been useful when washing our bedding. Also the sanitary wash has been great as well. I think the price when it's on sale is justified and a good value.

When it supplies water, there are motions of stop and go several times and when it stops water supply, it makes noise.

Steam cycle gets whites the whitest. Clothes come out with barely any water, so dyer time is cut down a lot.

Worst Purchase EVER! Washer when nuts leaked water from the exhaust of the tank at the top, then would not stop filling up with water until I pulled the plug. Emptied the water, and the tub was red hot (I guess from the built-in heater - but I was NOT running a sanitize cycle). Then when I turn the tub by hand, the washer powered itself on as if I had press the ON button. I turned it off, rotate the tub, and it just turns itself on every time. This thing is a total Lemon! I had a Whirlpool Duet front loading washer and dryer that lasted me 10 years until the dryer finally gave out. On advice from all the reviews, sales associates, etc. I decided to move to the LG line. Stupid move on my part. First of all, BestBuy said it had been past the 15 days they allow, so pass the buck - but I get it. So I call LG Service, and they can't believe what I'm telling them on the phone. No kidding, the thing is fried. They won't replace the unit, they will only fix it. So, I'm stuck with a fried washer that I'll most likely be battling with LG for months to come just to have clean clothes. I get the warranty period, but if the unit goes out within the first 90 days, you've got a lemon and it should replaced without question. It's only been 28 days.
