Very impressed with all the features on this washer and how easy it is to use them.

Love it! This washer is a perfect starter item and is a great price for the options.

I'm a contractor so clothes get dirty on a regular basis. The washer does a relly nice job of getting all stains, odors , etc out without any extra effort on my part.

Bought a new house and needed new washer and dryer and thought the LG would be great for me. Have enjoyed the front loader machine. Was worried about some of the reviews I read concerning the front loaders but have not had any problems yet. I leave the door to the washer open after a wash to let it dry out and that works fine for me. My closet door keeps it from being in the way.

First time I have purchased front load and I was hesitant, but Change is good. Works excellent. Basic functions are easy.

We love the washer. Much like it's dryer companion it has several options. We love the sanitize option. It mixes steam into the wash to kill any dust mites or other allergens. My only gripe is that sometimes there is a little bit of water leftover in the detergent reservoir after each wash. It is easy enough to just dump the water into the washer drum or the side of the little detergent tray where it will go through the washers drainage but I wish it wasn't a problem to begin with.

After years of buying Maytag, I am sold on LG after this purchase. The options are all one could hope for and the steam cycles are priceless. It seems to remove more soiled areas than previous front loaders I have owned. Easy to use

Excellent quality, easy to use, big capacity (which I needed) has all of the cycles that I need, a great water saver. I love the load sensing capability. I would recommend to anyone.

Kids moved out and needed washer. We gave them the 10 yr old set and started research for new pair for us. Had to be a front load per wife and I basicly wanted one that wasn't as costly to use. Two criteria led my hunt : Price & Features. and in this washer if found the best of both. I was very pleased to get this unit w/pedestal for $900. check the specs or owners manual online to see what this washer can do. but after hooking it up and using it for a couple of weeks i like to report that this washer is phenomenal! NO SETTING WATER LEVEL , it weights the load them selects water and time according to load type you selected. STEAM YEAH! the normal wash cycles work so well i'm having a hard time determining if the steam is a benefit but its got it if I want if. CYCLES. 9 with options to add/adjust to all (except clean) SPIN SPEEDS so fast that for the first time in my life it takes longer to wash the load then to dry the same load. In fact I had left a load of washed jeans in the washer for 3 hrs and the dryer only need 7 minutes to finish drying them. QUITE .check PREP I hated liquid detergent before this machine , a hassle to use, but now just pour the right stuff in the right dispenser and at the right time the washer does the rest. The HE detergent is cheaper so now it cost about 10 cents a load to wash. POST OPT after use we leave the door open for airing & so for no smell or mold and best for last ELECTRICTY. I can wash a load every nite for a year and with my electric rate only use $6.25 SWEET huh! I'm the husband but my wife loves this machine even more P.S. We got the matching dryer also

We wanted something that matched our kitchen appliances. It works great and has all the cycles that we need. I really like the steam cycle. There was a dent at the bottom but Best Buy did great and replaced it. We are really happy with the service and the merchandise.

The capacity of this washer has cut my loads of laundry in half. Stains which I though were set by previous washings have come out with this washer. It is so superior to my previous washing machine I can't believe I put up with the other one for so long.

With a new child on the way, it was time to find a new washer/dryer set. We happened to find this on sale and have been very pleased so far. I was a little annoyed that we have to spend extra money on HE detergent but in the end the savings in water and energy balanced out. I like the steam features. It also very quiet until the end when it plays a random song.
