We bought this on sale and it came with 3 4k movies and it plays great and very easy to operate.

It’s a great player. The only disappointment is that for the amount of money spent on these things the tragic user interface is so basic. No attention to detail given to the software or look of the device. My Samsung uhd player looks great it’s metal, but the remote sucks lol. I will say despite this it does work as intended. The fetures are ok. I wish it had a bit more design and picture option wise.

This player has not been used for Blu-Ray yet, but has performed very nicely with DVD’s, CD’s, and most of my 5 channel audio disks. I’ve found it to be a very nice replacement for my old player (Oppo) that is no longer available. We have a wired 5 channel system in our family room, and I can’t wait to see and hear the difference between DVD and Blu-Ray.

I have LG for our three 4K TV's and our refrigerator and washing machine and dryer are all LG. LG makes great products and provides great support. Unlike my experience with Samsung. Thie player replaced my 4-year-old player I had that was Samsung and started to have issues. the picture quality of the LG player is great and works together with the 4K TV seamlessly.

Really had to weigh a lot of facts before deciding on this unit. In the end, having already owning a 4K television I opted to purchase this player. I currently do not own any 4k Blu-ray disc but the features offered helped to make this a good investment in our home entertainment system. Setup was easy and the menu system is very intuitive.

This device works perfectly with our LG TV and does so with a minimum of fuss. It's free of clutter and streaming apps which is perfect because those apps are everywhere and won't go away, making things cluttered when all you want to do is watch TV or play a DVD. I mean, honestly. enough with the apps.

So far, so good. Needed to replace a Sony 4k player that went bad the week before Christmas (not a good time to break with many Christmas discs to watch). Does well with 4k discs, as well as upscaling others. Have watched several over the last week. As some have mentioned, its menu interface is pretty dull and limited, but suffices. The number of apps (2) is bare bones for a fairly pricey unit. Fortunately I already have a Roku and Apple TV that handles apps fine already. I've had experience with both Samsung and Sony players having problems after a couple of years (of low usage) - I'm hoping for better luck with LG. I've looked at a lot of reviews across many forums prior to purchasing. No manufacture seems to have managed to avoid problems, but I'm hoping LG is a bit more successful.
