I was somewhat worried about buying this machine because we have a lot of home DVDs in addition to a good collection of movies over the past several years. Not to worry!! We first put in one of the old DVD (not Blu-ray) and it worked great as did several of our home made travel DVDs. We also bought several 4K UDVD and they were fantastic!! Well worth the purchase!!

Quality, great price, great for streaming and playing Blu-ray

Bought this uhd blu ray player bundled with three movies and a universal remote. Excellent video quality for the price. The Youtube app is awesome, too! 4K videos on Youtube look great. Yet the player sometimes fails to read uhd blu ray discs, for example, Aquaman uhd blu ray. Overall it is a good cheap player.

It's a decent 4k UHD player. Has had a couple a skips on a 2 new UHD discs so far. Upscales standard blurays ok. Feels a little cheaply made though and has a minor lag opening/closing the disc tray. Wi-Fi features are basically useless except for firmware updates. Decent pickup if its on sale.

This players seam ok it plays disc and has WiFi and apps so do all the rest. This is my first experience with 4K players. I will say this there is a difference between 4K and blue ray, that being said I don’t know if the cost of players and disc is worth the extra expense, but there is a visual difference in quality.

Wonderful product, very easy to use, excellent picture quality

It looks basic but this is a great player all around. It does very well at doing Dolby vision and atmos. On the dts side. I had other players like Sony do a better job with dts. But the Sony kept freezing on me so I replaced it with this player. The menu is neat and clean. No problems with the player.

Wow does this player put on an amazing picture. I dont even have a 4K tv with HDR but the picture going to my regular HD tv is much better than previous player. I needed a new player and knew i would upgrade tv so got this one now. I popped in a 4K disc and it looks fabulous. It also had a quick start up time which I like as well. Overall a great disc player.

I cannot compare this player to any others which is why I have it 4 stars. But the hi res audio and 4k hdr do wonderful in my home theater. I chose this to pare with the LG C9 tv. Everything looks and sounds great. Only negative is the remote needs to be pointed directly at the sensor to receive commands.

Even though there are higher hd players this one lives up to its reputation.its a solid good player I would highly recommend this to anyone who's in the market for a HD player. Been using it for a while and I'm pleased with the quality of picture that this unit produces

It bought a new 75 inch LG 4K, Ultra Hi Def. TV and then went out and bought some of my favorite action movies, cd's in 4K. lol, then realized in needed a 4K DVD player. Of course, but it was worth it. Super simple to install and the color is beautiful. Very happy with my decision.

Works with receiver and tv perfectly. Great 4K picture and sound.
