Has a great picture brilliant color but the only thing I don’t like is that you have to point the remote right at the machine otherwise it don’t work

Video is great. Haven't tried an audio disc yet. I like the clean look of the front but it's hard to tell when it's playing - no indicator light on front panel.

Fantastic! I really love this 4k disc player. For the majority of the time, It is quiet when playing a disc, which is a huge plus!

Supports dolby vision right out of the box. The second hdmi connection that's an audio out only, is good for people who don't yet have a receiver with the hdmi 1.4 spec and above, or for those who just want the best possible audio signal going to their receivers. My receiver unfortunately doesn't support the arc audio return channel or 4k signal. The menu set up is bare bones but easy enough to configure. I had issues at first getting the player to work using the hdmi audio out to my receiver, but it looks like the hdmi cables I was using were the culprit. Make sure you have "premium high speed" hdmi cables or better for compatibility.

Sound and pic quality are excellent , my only issue is with the construction of the loading tray , it’s much flimsier than other units I’ve had

Lg needs to improve their 4k Blu-Ray as they do with their high end tvs like LG C 1 this Blu-Ray still need picture quality and feature that othe Blu-Ray have, is not that good as the sony 800m2

I bought this to complement my 4k ,3d tv and those features were perfect, but I thought it was a smarter DVD unit than it was, it only had Netflix and YouTube. Returned it after 6 days.

They really need to redo the user interface for this as it is so old/ugly. The system is quiet which I love and the picture is great. It doesn't have many apps but I have an LG Oled TV so I can access other apps like youtube on my TV.

Seems to be well built, easy to set up and has great picture quality. Sound output also good. I used an optical cable to connect it to my Klipsch 5’s so that I could enjoy music DVD’s and blu-rays.

Bought this a little over a year ago and it’s still going strong. I’ve had no issues with it whatsoever. I love that it supports Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision, which compliments my LG OLED very nicely.

This is such an amazing Blu-Ray player! The pictures are phenomenal and it makes you feel like you are at the movies watching any movie you choose!! It's an experience you can't get with just any player. Definitely worth the money!

Easy to use and very nice picture with 4K. Would have likes a front panel display, but I have not seen any players that have that anymore.

This 4k player is extremely quiet and provides an unbelievable picture. I have played a few of my older blurays and dvds with no problems and the upscaling is noticeable. This is a quality product and worth the cost. Grab it when it is on sale and enjoy.

Bought this to see how good the LG TV we just bought at BB. This is an excellent Blu-ray player and complement to the TV. The picture is super clear and bright. Way better than even a movie theater.

So far so good. Bought this because my Sony 800 4k player was not playing well with the LG Tv and always dropping the signal. So far haven't had any problems with this 4k player -- have about 10 movies through it.

We received a few free HD Ultra Discs and needed a player to play them. Based on a Best Buy employee recommendation, we purchased this player. It's been extremely reliable and works awesome with our 4K Samsung TV.

Great overall UHD player. Especially if you get it under $200. I got mine for $150 and it's worth the money. My only complaint is the remote is very much line of sight. More annoying than anything. But overall very satisfied.

As with many families during the pandemic our family has shifted from going to the movies to streaming and watching DVD's and Blu Rays at home. When our last LG player quit working I did a quick search for a good replacement and this one came up as a great replacement and as a plus came with 4K features which will come in handy in the near future. This player is simple on the outside but is simple to set up and works seamlessly with our current sound bar and TV.

Even though I was buying a Roku box with my office set up, I still grabbed a 4K Blu-ray player because of my extensive collection of Blu-rays. It’s always great to have a back up in case the Internet goes out, I can still watch movies.

Really enjoy movie watching with this player. I have an Oled TV and playing a movie on it now is next level. We are older and eyes not as sharp, yet the picture quality is wonderful.
