Has a great picture brilliant color but the only thing I don’t like is that you have to point the remote right at the machine otherwise it don’t work

This 4k player is extremely quiet and provides an unbelievable picture. I have played a few of my older blurays and dvds with no problems and the upscaling is noticeable. This is a quality product and worth the cost. Grab it when it is on sale and enjoy.

This is such an amazing Blu-Ray player! The pictures are phenomenal and it makes you feel like you are at the movies watching any movie you choose!! It's an experience you can't get with just any player. Definitely worth the money!

Bought this a little over a year ago and it’s still going strong. I’ve had no issues with it whatsoever. I love that it supports Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision, which compliments my LG OLED very nicely.

Lg needs to improve their 4k Blu-Ray as they do with their high end tvs like LG C 1 this Blu-Ray still need picture quality and feature that othe Blu-Ray have, is not that good as the sony 800m2

Video is great. Haven't tried an audio disc yet. I like the clean look of the front but it's hard to tell when it's playing - no indicator light on front panel.

This product is great 4K and upscaling Blu-ray multi-fomat device. It also has direct connections to Netflix and YouTube sreaming services, which is a nice add-on.

Great overall UHD player. Especially if you get it under $200. I got mine for $150 and it's worth the money. My only complaint is the remote is very much line of sight. More annoying than anything. But overall very satisfied.

So far so good. Bought this because my Sony 800 4k player was not playing well with the LG Tv and always dropping the signal. So far haven't had any problems with this 4k player -- have about 10 movies through it.

Even though I was buying a Roku box with my office set up, I still grabbed a 4K Blu-ray player because of my extensive collection of Blu-rays. It’s always great to have a back up in case the Internet goes out, I can still watch movies.

Seems to be well built, easy to set up and has great picture quality. Sound output also good. I used an optical cable to connect it to my Klipsch 5’s so that I could enjoy music DVD’s and blu-rays.

We received a few free HD Ultra Discs and needed a player to play them. Based on a Best Buy employee recommendation, we purchased this player. It's been extremely reliable and works awesome with our 4K Samsung TV.

Had to replace our 12 year old Blue Ray which finally decided to not function. This was a nice replacement - last one in stock so we got lucky.

Sound and pic quality are excellent , my only issue is with the construction of the loading tray , it’s much flimsier than other units I’ve had

Bought this to see how good the LG TV we just bought at BB. This is an excellent Blu-ray player and complement to the TV. The picture is super clear and bright. Way better than even a movie theater.

I had a Samsung 3D Blu-Ray player before this one. I am amazed at the picture quality and HDR color it produces on my LG OLED tv. I was comparing this model to Sony's flagship player (1000) and this one was a much better deal for the money.

I upgraded to this player to go with my 4K TV. It has a stunning picture quality. My initial setup was tricky, my HDMI Cable did not work. I switched to another and had no issues, so a heads up to anyone who runs into the same issue.

As with many families during the pandemic our family has shifted from going to the movies to streaming and watching DVD's and Blu Rays at home. When our last LG player quit working I did a quick search for a good replacement and this one came up as a great replacement and as a plus came with 4K features which will come in handy in the near future. This player is simple on the outside but is simple to set up and works seamlessly with our current sound bar and TV.

I waited for the new sony x800m2 to come out and was disappointed with the reviews. So I purchased the LG instead. The streaming limits you to 2 apps, (same as the sony), and you can't download any apps either. But the LG Enables Dolby Vision or HDR10 automatically when it is available. With the sony, you have to go into menu system and enable/disable as needed. That is why I chose the LG. I don't know why they call both the sony and the LG streaming players. I needed to stream Hulu and Vudu but neither player will do this.
