Easy to Connect and Works Great

Please not that is does NOT come with the cable to connect it from the DVD player to the TV - we had to go back to the store to get this. This is the only reason for the 4 out of 5 stars. (Although, ours was an "open box" so maybe that was why it was not included.)

Seemed a little complicated to me at first but plays great UHD content. Only real complaint it that I the function buttons on the front are not back-lit and very hard to operate in the dark. Not a big deal but a little annoying too.

Excellent Blu-ray Player

It has been an excellent player so far. Starts up faster than the old one ever did. It even plays discs that have smugs that I should have cleaned first without any problems.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The LG 4k built in Blue ray player works well with the LG 4k TV when you are playing 4k DVDs however, when you play regular blue ray DVDs and have an external speaker system. The sound will not play, you will need to reconfigure the TVs programing. in order to allow the sound to play. That is my only complaint I recommend this product.

Gets you going

Can put into another player and works flawlessly. Otherwise it gets the job done with minimal issues. Do find it a good product that performs as expected. Extra features gives you a little bit of a 'smart TV' feel, but the apps are clunky and sometimes slow to load.
