    The technicians who installed it did an EXCELLENT JOB. Very impressive and provided confidence that it was going to be a perfect install. My wall mount was not easy to deal with but they handled perfectly.sd

    The players works as intended, but is extremely streamlined from a functionality standpoint. The menus are simple, and have limited choices for audio and visual controls. While the player has duel HDMI outs, I also couldn’t get the player to send audio through the second HDMI out, and am using ARC through my tv to my receiver.

    Like my previous Bluray player much better however it was not a 4K player. This one only has 2 available apps - YouTube & Netflix. It also does not play CD slideshows that our previous Bluray did play.

    My old blue ray player just wouldn't play disks anymore so went looking for a new one and based on reviews and price went with the LG. I don't have a 4k tv but figured I probably would some day so might as well get the 4k player. Setup was super easy and the player starts the movie instantly so very happy.
