It plays DVDs, Blu-Rays, and 4k Discs fine. It loads much faster than our old 1st generation blu-ray player. Not much in the way of streaming channels. Only a couple are included. Thus the reason we have a Roku.

Looked online at troubleshooting and couldn’t get anything to help with the problem. Then as a last ditch effort I used a different cable than I had used with my previous blue ray player and walla everything has been great since
