What a mistake. All the 4k titles we tried watching would hang/stutter at the second layer, then completely freeze at the third layer. We honestly thought that the ending on John Wick 3 was the worst ending ever, only to find out we didn't even see the end. It froze and when it finally started playing again, it was showing the credits. Anyway, I again got online and read even more reviews as well as responses from LG. Many, many people had this same problem, especially using this with the LG OLED TV's. The final straw was when I noticed my entire entertainment center was possessed! My DVD player turned itself on, had my receiver switching inputs repeatedly and had my TV turning on and off. This went back to BB with a warning not to store it near any other electronics in fear it may possess them too! LG's response to most of the commenters was simply "sorry you are having problems, perhaps you should send it in for repair." NOPE!
