I had waited for months hoping LG Would do a firmware fix for this problem but it never came. I tried to Call on the August 14, 2020 and it was after 7 and the LG tech support was closed so I called again the next week on August 19 and after they accidentally hung up on me I finally talked to them and got a case number. They had me send in my proof of purchase. Yesterday on August 26, 2020 I called back and they told me they would not honor my warranty because it was 3 days out of warranty...I am very disappointed. I own a very expensive LG OLED and this player. I love my TV but in the future I will probably not consider LG because of this. The freezing has been ongoing for several months and it’s is ALWAYS the BD 100 discs that do so. I wish that someone from LG could help me and fix this. This is bot right. Very disappointed in LG.
