    We connected the Blu-Ray player to our TV and got ready to watch our first movie with it. Unfortunately the Blu-Ray disc holder only came out about 2 inches. I tried several times, before finally returning it to Best Buy. They exchanged it for a new one, which works great.

    Unfortunately this player struggles with longer movies (>~2 hours), as it consistently freezes up. For shorter movies it is a nice low budget player. I ended up returning this unit and getting a much more expensive Panasonic player.

    The blu player is awesome make sure you get a good hdmi cable with it. only bad thing is no display on player
