My first UHD bluray player and I am amazed. I was between this and a Sony, but this LG model was on sale with a Harmony remote included. I am very satisfied with this product and my 4K Samsung TV really came to life with it!

One of the few players that can do Atmos and Dolby vision. Works great with my LG 65 OLED C8 TV. Grabbed it bundled with a logitech harmony and 3 movies for a great price. Highly recommended. Whisper quiet!

This blu-ray machine works great. it plays blu ray and non blu ray dvd's. The picture is beautiful. Easy installation with just one cord. Bought it with a deal package and well worth the money

This LG blue-ray player has been easy to set up and use with dvds. Now that I have a Sony OLED tv 4k movies are amazing. LG makes very nice units at reasonable prices!

This is my second LG 4K BRP. The first one finally died and I am actually glad. It had multiple issues and turned me right off of LG. Opting for another was a big gamble. So far, it has proven to be pretty good. The audio processing is shockingly good for the price range. You still need to pair it with a really nice amp and speakers, but the quality of the audio is still superior to my old one. It does not have all of the features of the more expensive models. But, for a basic BRP that is quite capable, this is the best I have seen in the price range. Only time will tell if lasts.

This does it all with 4K movies. The USB feature helped sell me. It plays my CDs and my music on a USB drive. It sounds very good. I have it hooked up to an A/V Amp.

it started out fine had it for a few days using it over the weekend then Sunday morning went to turn it on and all I saw was a green filled screen only half of it could be seen later that day I disconnected it and Monday morning I reconnected it and it worked fine ever since I had the same problem with another player I bought at target LG and took it back so I bought this new one at best buy more expensive one same brand didn't like it that it gave me the same problem but like I said its been working so far its really a good player except for the glitch it had but I'm happy with it so far good picture .

The picture is great in 4k, and it upscales DVDs and regular Blu Rays well. The DVDs have a little grain (most notable in solid fills), but is nowhere near as prominent as my old Samsung 4k Blu Ray Player. Plays DVDs that the Sony Upscaling 4k I had before the Samsung had issues with (would skip and/or freeze regardless of the fact there was no physical damage to the disc). It's pretty expensive and I have low hopes for its long life as every Blu Ray Player I've ever owned seems to die in 1-2 years (3 Sony's and a Samsung). So I've tried an LG this time to see if the brand has any bearing on them wearing out (I assume not, but hope springs eternal).

Partnered with a new 4K TV. Works great some Amazon Prime and Netflix movies stream in 4K using this. Amazing picture. Hooked up an old hard drive to it with low resolution movies and the upscaling works well.

The Blu-ray player is very nice. Just load somewhat slow. Online application availability is also somewhat limited. Good quality for the price.

I purchased this 4K Blu-Ray Player in hopes that it would do everything I needed from it. I wanted a player that supported many formats(check). A player that played back 4k movies in Dolby Vision HDR(check). Something I could use for other apps, such as Vudu, HBO Now, Amazon Prime and others(empty checkbox). And unfortunately this was a dealbreaker for me. Because for a device with such a high price I could just buy an Xbox One S or above that has the same specs with a lot more to offer for a slightly higher price, or same price, if bought anywhere other than retail. I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars because it is a great 4K Blu-Ray player, but that's about it.

The best 4K out there!! Worth the price!! You’ll definitely get your moneys worth. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to make a jump from hd to uhd!

High quality DVD player easy to use. Remote control simple to operate, has a power lite when off. Lots of power for sound and blue ray effects.

One, I couldn't get my fat hands around that X-Box controller and two, the X-Box lacked Dolby Vision on UHD disc playback. I was needing my DV because you see I bought me a new TV. Called it an OLED, all shiny and smelled nice too. A great thing about this player is that it has 2 HDMI outputs. So one goes to my receiver and the other goes to the TV. Atmos in one hand and Dolby Vision in the other. Get one son.

I’m sure your read other reviews about how this player freezes while watching 4K movies. Well it does, just like all the other 4K players. It’s not all the players fault. Let me explain.... 1. All new 4K players do not have the technology to catch up on 3 layer 4K discs (which most of them are these days. 2. The real problem is the manufacturing companies of the movies. Any movie that is more than 2 hours longs has to be pressed on a 100g disc (which is 3 layers, as you can see on the back) which also leaves a small amount of residue to the naked eye. How to fix this..... Take the disk, run under warm water, add a drop of dish soap, start cleaning it with a microfiber cloth, run under water, let dry, take a new microfiber cloth and buff the disks This will take that residue off and your 3 layer 4 disks will work without freezing.

Awesome player at a great price. I got this because it plays dolby vision. I have the Sony x800 player also and the picture is the same. Expect the lg has DV

Excellent player. Very good picture. This unit is very easy to use and was easy to set up. Works well with my 65” LG C9 tv.

Great low-cost DVD player with most streaming services. Easy to connect to our low-key WiFi (that seriously needs updated), and adds apps without issues. Great present from our kids!

I bought this 4K Blu-Ray player to go with my 82 inch 4K Samsung TV. This player has been very nice. I am happy with the ease of use and great picture. I recommend this player.

I love the simple setup process. I do wish that there were a few more apps loaded. Like Amazon Prime, Hulo. But other than that I am happy. we have a large number of Blue Ray disk.
