||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The player works fine; but, there is an icon that tells you if you don't have a very strong WiFi connection (even just average) that pops up when you're watching a BluRay. At no point when I am watching a BluRay/DVD do I need to know that the player can't connect to a strong WiFi signal. Every little change in the WiFi signal causes this icon to come up. It's very distracting and there is no way to turn it off (per manual and multiple searches online for a solution). The service from Best Buy was TERRIBLE buying this and the player itself leaves a lot to be desired.

Had to forcibly wiggle the drawer and shove it in to get it aligned. I thought I broke it trying to force it in. Once it was back in I’ve had no more problems. It doesn’t send Dolby vision to Sony TVs only hdr10. But a great player with LG Oled.
