Great blu-ray quality, but buggy

For some reason, it stops sending a signal to the soundbar. No idea why. This hadn't happened with my previous 4k player and hasn't happened with any other source I have; it's something with the player. Isn't this a basic function that should've been caught immediately? Why do I have to restart my soundbar every single time I pause or rewind? I'm going to sell this and get a different 4k player. I already had trouble with one of Sony's freezing up and not auto-detecting dolby vision.

LG product customer fail

And by great it was beautiful on an oled tv but I only watched 4 movies in the player and never actually streamed from the player. Smart TVs streams as well or better. Tried to turn on and play a disc last week and nothing no lights sounds anything, just dead. LG has yet to do anything but deny the need to help. Yes it is a one year warranty but this is a bit much. Bought in may of ‘19 and now a company that won’t stand behind they’re product.
