    1 year and 3 months, and its dead. stopped working in the middle of the new TopGun movie. a grinding noise from inside and now no picture. i used it about 20-25 times.

    Kept blanking the screen out every 2 minutes while watching the movie. Thought maybe the hdmi port is bad, changed the port and it still kept doing it. Thought maybe the movie was bad, wrong again another device played the movie with no issue. I returned it back asap. Do not buy.

    I have had nothing but problems since I purchased this Blu-Ray Player. It started with the door not opening to load the disc to now the system makes a loud noise while playing dvd's. I would not recommend.

    Was supposedly refurbished but clearly was not fixed about fried my home theater system! Use care before using anything refurbished/open box from BB is the lesson

    Terrible. Can't watch a dvd or blu-ray all the way through with out it stopping or skipping. Really poor quality. So expensive and just not worth it!! really regret this purchase. AWFUL quality.

    Don't buy if you already have a Xbox One X

    I bought this after buying a LG C9 65 inch oled tv. I was extremely disappointed it wasn't better than my Xbox 1 x. The picture had no quality difference and the player kept randomly skipping parts of the movie (It would randomly pause and skip parts of the movie) I returned after the following day.

    Don't buy with LG OLED TV

    Bought this along with LG C9 OLED. Would not turn completely off as it somehow fought for control with the TV. Had it professionally installed and he tried everything but would not turn off and blocked going to TV. Took it back and bought up to a Panasonic and it works perfectly with no issues at all.

    Skipped on two separate brand new 4k discs, which is unacceptable for the price. returned it for the Panasonic model which has been great

    Ive had this for 16 months, only used maybe 12 times. I got to use it today and its DEAD. And of course its out of warranty. My advice get something else.

    This LG Blu-ray player has a sleek and clean design. It has USB port which can play video files, music, as well as images. The player can be connected to the internet via Wi-Fi and Ethernet. One of the best part of this player is that it comes with a separate audio out that you can connect to the sound system directly bypassing the TV. It also supports multiple HDR formats along with 4K YouTube and Netflix streaming. There are not many apps that come with the player, but LG might add the apps as they become available. It is also very easy to setup and hardly takes few minutes to connect to TV and other audio system. Make sure to use premium HDMI cable that supports all the features of this player. The picture quality is awesome with 4K resolution adding amazing colors to the images. The player itself is quiet and doesn't make any noise compared to older models when playing discs. The included remote is small, simple and comfortable, nothing fancy there. Overall, a very good player that does everything well and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new player in the market.

    The device would not play the 4k Ultra HD Hi resolution disks I have purchased. I tried two different movies I had purchased at Best Buy and the LG failed at playing both. I ended up returning the device back to Best Buy for a refund.

    I am a fan of most LG products. I purchased this one because my Sony 800 4K player started not playing newer 4k disks correctly. Guess what ... neither did this one.... had to return it for that reason. Sorry LG... but it just didn't work with the newer 4k disks.

    Not worth the money. Skips and freezes 2/3 of the way through longer disks consistently. Traded up for a sony, which works great

    Bought this unit new. Did not work. Returned for a second unit which would power on but not play dvd/blu ray. Returned for third one, would not power on. Lg rep comments, "you should use a different player we have had problems with those"
