However, I was unaware that an HDMI cord needed to be brought separately. I didn't discover this until it was time to assemble. That was disappointing.

The only downfall is the small remote. But if you don't have kids running off with it then it shouldn't be a problem.

Everything was waiting for me in a timely fashion. Support staff in support came to me in a safe manner. Once I got the device home it was easy and intuitive to set up. No problems have been with the device Thank you for an outstanding job!
