Riddled with problems

Device constantly freezes to the point that it won't even turn off and has to get unplugged to turn off and reboot. Remote is finicky and often requires pushing buttons multiple times to make anything happen. I tried this because the Sony units were sold out and I needed one last minute. I will never buy LG anything again
