Searched out and bought new blue ray/streaming player from LG. The new equipment is clunky at movie loading and unloading, the streaming service sometimes works, or sometimes streaming sticks and unit has to be unplugged, reconnected to work.

However, it picks up WiFi when playing so if your internet is spotty it messes with the movie and it makes this high pitch annoying loud noise. Sometimes I try exchanging movies to see if it’s because of a scratch disk, but that wasn’t the problem. Will try to return this item. “Super annoying”!

I did connect to my WiFi to get firmware updates. It works great! Super fast start up and I like the buttons on the player itself better than Samsung players.
