Not Best Buy's fault...I should have asked them before I left the store. The LG Blu-Ray player works fine now after much consternation about how to hook it up!

Netflix constantly locked up. Had to unplug it to reset it as it would not respond to remote or buttons on unit. Should have been trashed and not resold as open box.
