This item just take a long time to connect to internet but works good for the price

The player works great with discs (yes some people still rent discs) but once in a while (10-15% of the time) it locks up when streaming. It’s not the wireless service because Chromecast, phone, and my iPad all stream very consistently within a similar proximity to the router.

Paired up well with the new television. Kept the granddaughter happy so we could do things.

This bluray player locked up\ froze up several times within first week of use ( i can count at least 3 times). Return for refund It would not turn off, would not eject disc, would not go to Netflix, or YouTube, The fix was unplug power cord from electricity, then replug it in, let it boot up and it worked, until it froze up again. If I did get it work, it would take long time to open streaming options such as Netflix, You Tube, etc. The streaming options menu was laid out very poorly, hard to navigate and looked like something out of Windows 95. Was not impressed with this BluRay player in the least.

Quick and easy set up. Freezes sometimes when I use internet apps and have to restart.

Excellent compact LG Blu-Ray projector. Have been using nightly to project movies in our establishment and have had no problems.

This player gas a lot of features. It hooks up to many apps. It also plays many videos right off the computer drive qhich is cool.

I purchased this Blue Ray based on Price. It was an open box item which means its discounted!!!! I thought it would be a standard size player unfortunately it's a little in the small side. I like that it Wifi compatible and that was important factor in deciding to purchase the player. The interface is a little antiquated but it serves it's Purpose. An OK buy.

I have not used this product as much as I expected to but when I have it has performed well. It is a product I would recommend.

The 1080P is fantastic along with 4K Upscaling! The on-line offerings were great! Netflix, Vudu, Amazon, Hulu... all the Wi-Fi streaming you could possibly need. The remote is quite small but you get used to it and if you have an LG TV, that remote will work on this unit. You won't be disappointed!

Excellent product. Best Buy's stock and service is the best. Add to that prompt delivery, and presto! A winner!!

Nothing special about it, one of the least expensive available. Plays movies, streams stuff, overall is good.

good Blu-ray player. menu is helpful and easy to play. Did not come with instruction book which was a "bummer"

inexpensive basic dvd/cd player. East to install and use.

Was bulldozed into buying it set up was horrible and at least once every other movie it acts like i need to do set up again and again and again so just click home and ignore have never seen it try to do anything like update its a pain plus was expensive

I had an LG but I sold it when I moved out of state. It was slow when I used the smart features, this one is totally the opposite. Its supper fast, had a fast set up. I dont use it much because I have other devices for streaming, but I like for when I want to see a blu ray movie.

This replaces an old Samsung Blu-ray player that just decided to stop working. Pretty easy to set-up and serves its intended purpose.

Great for the amount we use which is not very often. The apps do not seem to be as fluid as they can and the app on my phone is not that great.
