The menu system was a bit clunky in this having to go thru file folders to get to the goal app wasn’t so great. For the Blu-ray it self it works well but we really don’t use Disks anymore

LG Blue-Ray 350....very sad

We got this model about a month ago, daily I have tried to get it working right by talking to LG, Best Buy, or my internet provider. LG and internet provider has tried to make various upgrades. Nothing seems to make it possible to stream an entire movies (thru Amazon)....always cuts out at least once. (We have streamed fine in the past with our old machine). Best Buy only have a 14 day return policy...wish I had known this in the beginning! So here we are still trying to find a way to make things work. Looks like we may have to start over with a new player.

Great Blu-ray player for the price

I have had no issues at all with LG products and I don't expect to have any with their Blu Ray player.
