It went to work the first day and runs regularly. Never a problem. Bought the geek warranty and have yet to use it.

I had Netflix installed on this device and it would constantly freeze up the Blu-ray player. I had to completely unplug it for the thing to work again. I have to say if your only going to use it for playing Blu-ray’s it’s not bad, and the tray for the Blu-ray’s is fast popping out to accept the disk. The usb drive part of the player also works well, if you have any personal films/videos it will play them no problem.
