However, since purchasing our LG player, we have had the screen freeze multiple times. Each time we have unplug the BluRay player and restart.

We changed HDMI cables, made sure everything was set up correctly. This system is either bad or just a lousy device. Be careful and spend the money on a higher quality device.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Eject Button and Power Button are Confusing, both are round, although one is bigger, one is smaller, but it is still need some effort to press. The Eject sign and Power sign on each button are not easy to recognize. The Buttons could be as larger as possible, easy to be seen clearly (especially in a shadow or dim light situation) and easy to be pressed. There is no ethernet port for this product if I want to use wired network rather than wi-fi. It is lack of this option compared with other brand product at the similar price. I don't like the outer design of the device - many small cubes - like always covered with a layer of something or like it has been used for a long time, worn out, not brand new, although it is actually brand new.(This is just personal point of view)
