I have tried everything I can think of (placing it closer to the router, getting a wi-fi extender (that works great with the streaming stick, btw), but the connection is spotty at best, freezing at worst. It freezes the entire player to the point where I can't even turn it off, but have to unplug it from the outlet. I'm keeping it only because I haven't found a cheaper blu ray player, but forget about streaming, and get a streaming stick instead.

Additional instructions were only available on-line. For some reason it played my regular DVDs but not the blue ray. Don't know if operator error or not
