At first turn it just froze up and I had to unplug to restart not best sign. I personally would get regular blueray however they are super expensive.

So far after owning it for almost a month sometimes it freezes when using Netflix. Idk if my internet connection just isnt good but thats the only thing so far i do not like.

open-box product was a dud!!

Worked great for 3 days. After that, for 3 days in a row every time I would try to use it, it would freeze. The only way to get it to unfreeze was to unplug the unit. Ended up taking it back and exchanging for a dvd player and roku express combination, which was about the same price and gave way more streaming options. (This unit does not include Hulu, even though the BB description says it does.)
