Freezes intermittently and you have to unplug it and restart it. When it does work, it’s “ OK” but will eventually freeze. It also freezes when changing from Netflix to VUDU or Amazon. For the most part it has become an annoyance and a source of frustration. You’ll be better of with something else.

But unlike my previous player which had many services and worked quite well with Amazon prime, Netflix, imdb and others, this one onlu includes a couple, and they are poor quality, freezing and skipping. The blu-ray player part works ok, but my tv is limited on hdmi inputs to add a fire tv or similar.

Worked okay for about a month and then it wouldn't stay connected the the Internet and had problems ever since. Should have known it would happen because the guy at the store warned me people had troubles with it and I should buy the Sony. Needless to say I returned it and bought the more expensive Sony he recommended.

This was actually my second Blu-ray player I purchased. Didn’t learn my lesson either time. You get what you pay for. If you want a quality device, you’re gonna have to pay a little bit more. This thing freezes, becomes completely unresponsive, stops playing movies randomly… just bad all the way around. Buyer beware.

Easy to set up, then failed repeatedly

It would freeze, it would stall, and have to be reset. That was within the first two hours. Returned it, cost me $17 to return a $65 player. Best Buy did not offer free return shipping for a defective unit out of the box. Called Customer Service and they did not offer to pay return shipping. Not in an area close to a store.
