However no one showed up or called my home and I wasted the entire day waiting ! I called and was told there was no record of my appt. ! I had to make another one for March 5, and I sincerely hope this one goes much better! I am not very happy with your customer service so far, and I hope you can make this right!

Not worth the money

That would have been okay, but every time the connection was lost a pop up would appear and would not go away until you reconnected, very annoying. Really wasn't worth the effort in the long run. We ended up just returning it and getting a smart tv and normal dvd/bluray player instead.

excellent blue ray player and wifi streaming

For me, those were insufficient to keep it - it had serious trouble staying connected to WiFi and would interrupt disc playback to complain. There seemed to be no way to view the time elapsed or time remaining in a program. So I returned it.
