The unit was fine but there was no remote! Totally useless w/o a remote. Can't believe Best Buy would sell an item that had no chance of being kept.

The network features were limited to Netflix, YouTube and a few useless apps. There was an average of 90 seconds for this device to connect to the wifi upon boot up. There was also no indication of when or if you were connected, requiring you to continue to try. Very disappointing.

Very frustrating. Also, it has the hulu app, but be aware that hulu has deactivated licensing for almost all bluray players including this one, so no hulu shows. I regret this purchase.
