Occasionally it will freeze up and just won't turn off. Has to be unplugged to get it out of the limbo it is stuck in where it is not on, but not fully off either.

Good Blue-Ray DVD Player

The player is easy to set-up and user-friendly. However, there was an issue with the remote. I had to call LG support. They were quite good and resolved the problem by sending a new remote. Good customer service and prompt delivery. Everything is working fine now.

She can now watch movies via NetFlix along with a lot of other features. I have always had really good experiences with LG products and this one seems no different.
