It then does it makes me crazy, but the grandkids are young and they don't seem to mind. It is their playroom so whatever.

Constantly freezes

Worst thing I’ve ever purchased at Best Buy. It’s unfortunately past the return window, so it’s getting trashed.

I brought a Sony player that looked good but it only had Netflix, no Amazon Prime. I then got this LG because it had both streaming services listed. I’ve set up Netflix but both times I’ve tested it, it starts playing the movie and freezes about 20 seconds in. I have to totally unplug the unit from power to get it operational again. Then after it reboots, it loses my wireless settings and I have to set it up again. I know it’s not my internet because I’m on gigabit fiber with mesh wireless. Does any company make a good blu ray/ streaming combo these days?
