Every time I turned it on, it said my Wi-Fi was not connected, reconnect my player to the Wi-Fi. I had to connect it to my Wi-Fi everytime I used it. This product was returned.

Great Blu Ray player but streaming is garbage!!!!

The usb port works good. Talked to LG and they had me set it to factory default which did nothing. Wish I could get my money back!!!!

It sometimes stays on a white screen when powering up until I press the menu button on the remote which is annoying. It is also slow to load anything. It was inexpensive so I wasn't hoping for much and so I didnt get much. Look into other smart players if you can.

Plus downloaded Prime and Netflix apps Player completely froze up twice playing Netflix. Had to unplug player to get it working again. This player is going back to Best Buy!

It would also freeze every time we tried Netflix. We returned to exchange it for another one, hoping the next one is fine and just that one was bad.

It did not display the streaming channels without problems. And the remote you have to go online to get it to work, which I tried and still cannot!

It comes loaded the with Netflix Voodu Prime video. You can not add services such as hulu Disney ESPN etc. Should have bought a fire stick instead.

Awful blu ray player!

We have to completely turn off the player by unplugging the power cord (it’s frozen so won’t even respond to remote). It’s a piece of junk. So disappointed.
