Horrible

Door stopped opening

A message keeps popping up on the screen while watching movies to get a better connection. This BluRay is too much trouble than it's worth

GLITCHY AND FRUSTRATING

streaming services glitch constantly

Not real happy with this one.

I will most likely be replacing it very soon. I will also stick to my rule of reviewing before buying, This was a spur of the moment purchase.

Defective Product

It did this before- won't read the disc, so won't play dvd/bluray discs. Called store on first one but do not have geek squad contract-would have to pay for repair. This one did the same thing only 3 months after buying, cannot return. Left witha player that doesn't play

Can't use Netflix

Piece of garbage

I have configured it multiple times successfully. It loses the configuration intermittently and then prompts for it again (usually in the middle of a movie). My Wifi works great and I have had zero issues with the 20+ devices I have connected. The issue is this this device. I went online learned about how to stop the prompt (it is a common issue) and it didn’t work. I am sick of this thing after a few months and will likely toss it. What a waste of money.
