    This dvd player is terrible. Half the time it won't connect to the internet or function properly with the remote. I wish I had the box to return it.

    Do not buy. Horrible product. Buffers within minutes of streaming then freezes up and requires unplugging to reboot. No Ethernet port so direct connection is also not an option. Will be returning

    Since there is no display on the unit it is difficult to see if it's doing something. A message keeps popping up on the screen while watching movies to get a better connection. This BluRay is too much trouble than it's worth

    It did not recognize the workout DVDs. Frustrating and glitchy. Returned it and grabbed a Sony. The Sony worked perfect.

    I have always bought lg products and never had any issues until I bought this blu ray player. has wireless wifi but cannot watch any streaming services due to constant glitching.

    It freezes up and is not very user friendly as other brands when having to reset everything. I will most likely be replacing it very soon. I will also stick to my rule of reviewing before buying, This was a spur of the moment purchase.

    We returned this Blu-ray player because it would freeze and a a hard restart had zero effect. the unit would have to be unplugged from the socket in order to get it to turn off.

    This is the SECOND unit I stupidly bought only because of ease of connections from the failed first one. It did this before- won't read the disc, so won't play dvd/bluray discs. Called store on first one but do not have geek squad contract-would have to pay for repair. This one did the same thing only 3 months after buying, cannot return. Left witha player that doesn't play

    Can't use Netflix

    The blue ray player works just fine. However, don't buy this if you intend to watch Netflix with it. Netflix freezes over and over and over. We had to plug our Roku back in. Really disappointed.

    Does not stay connected to my WiFi like other stuff does and I have to re enter router password to connect every time I start it or I get pop up every 5 minutes when trying to watch dvd

    I hate this thing. It keeps prompting you to connect to Wifi. I have configured it multiple times successfully. It loses the configuration intermittently and then prompts for it again (usually in the middle of a movie). My Wifi works great and I have had zero issues with the 20+ devices I have connected. The issue is this this device. I went online learned about how to stop the prompt (it is a common issue) and it didn’t work. I am sick of this thing after a few months and will likely toss it. What a waste of money.
