    Plays DVD and blue rays well. Internet functions is terrible. Can't be plugged in and does not pick up 5G wireless. So any internet tv/movies are low quality, slow, or don't load.

    This DVD player is awful and the description is misleading. Bought it as a gift for a simple DVD player with steaming app capabilities. Best Buy description states "Netflix, YouTube, Hulu+, and more". Turns out this device doesn't have "LG Smartworld Content Mgr". So you cannot install more than the six apps that come preloaded. Owning multiple LG smart TVs, I am greatly disappointed in what this player offers. I know its not the top of the line but the description is misleading. I will be returning this item.

    Works great as just a player. But the wireless function is spotty and most of the of the time the whole player freezes and I would need to actually unplug it to reset it because the power button did nothing.

    practically useless....and too late to return this

    As I try to watch movies, OFTEN this Bluray player will show a message that it's not connected to the internet. I try reconnecting again and again...yet the message keeps popping up. All other devices connected to TV (like ROKU and gaming system) work fine. The most serious problem is that the message on the player that it isn't connected WON'T stop....and you cannot use the machine without it being connected. What if I don't care if it's connected or not? Tough!! It MUST be connected...yet won't keep the connection!

    Buy a Sony

    I have purchased two of these devices and both terrible range with there remotes. They don't have a lot of options to stream online video. I used to have Sony and that is what I will be purchasing next time.

    Extremely disappointed with the sound the motor makes. As long as the sound of the movie is louder than the annoying noise the motor makes, the machine is fine. Just didn’t expect this in an LG product.

    The device is very laggy and often closes apps randomly. For the money, the player is not a good purchase for the money. It is very laggy and unresponsive.

    Package shows that Hulu comes with this product. after looking at the fine print, it states that apps displayed on packaging may not be included with product. no possible way to download Hulu

    Not updated and therefore not really a DVD player I should have bought. It doesn't have the YouTubetv app at all. Graphics are poor.

    I bought this for a long hospital stay. It kept freezing up and crashing. Took it back and traded for a samsung that is much better and only cost 10 dollars more.

    bought because it was cheap and plan to use it on the patio tv. average picture, low sound volume, sometimes has trouble connecting with wifi to stream Netflix. Overall a problematic device.

    This thing is awful!! It won’t hold on to an internet connection for anything!! SO even if you’re watching a dvd or regular television there’s a big annoying black box on the screen that TELLS you it’s not connected to the internet. I can’t watch anything!!! No way to get rid of it, no info on how to get rid of it. Nothing. Save your money and go to a pawn shop or something.

    LOW STREAMING

    This player has streaming apps but is extremely slow to load and when it does play, the video freezes mid way. When you're playing a DVD and you pause it and wan to push play again, it also freezes and have to unpulg it and reconnect so it can restart. Its an endless loop with these problems and the disc does not eject when you push the eject button. So frustrating and I couldn't even return it despite me having bought a 4 year warranty on it! Not happy. I do not recommend this product. Steer clear from it.

    The DVD player kept getting stuck and frozen when ever you put a movie in. It you tried to connect to Netflix it froze.
