    This is so terrible I had to return it. It kept randomly freezing and shutting off.

    It has no audio outs other than HDMI which limits the application of the unit. All the online bells and whistles are cool but a secondary audio out would have made this unit great.

    I have a lot of problems steaming wifi. I could not connect to my network with out calling the help line and now i can connect but it lags o lot. Not happy at all with this product.

    I needed a new blu ray player that had wifi and apps to use. The unit always disconnects from the wifi and the apps never pull up. Especially hulu.

    This is garbage. It freezes up all the time when streaming. I have it right next to our router and it still freezes up.

    DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

    I bought this so that I could get rid of my Roku and have just one device that would allow me to access my Netflix and Hulu, as well as watch blu ray's/dvd's all in one. Well no matter what I do it will not stay connected and that's only if I can ever even get it to connect in the first place. So now I just have another blu ray/dvd player and have had to reconnect my Roku. This purchase was a huge waste of money. I am very disappointed.

    My Wifi router may just be too far away but this DVD player loses signal and then you have to go through the whole set up again each time.

    It’s a blue ray player. That’s about as good a review as this gets. The streaming menu on this player is awful. But it’s cheap.

    I returned this blu-ray player within 24 hours of purchasing it. I spent 2 hours of my life that I cannot get back, just trying to get this thing to connect to the wi-fi. After I finally got it connected, there was so much lag in the response time (from the remote to the player) that I had to keep turning it off, by unplugging it, just to reset it. It was such a hassle and not worth it.
