Not good for Netflix

Whether you re-initialize it, restore it, start over, etc. On line lots of complaints about the same thing. I’ve never had this much trouble with a player/wi fi streaming device. You should actually not carry it until they get the bugs worked out. It’s clearly a software issue. Crashing and freezing.

Do not buy

If you plan on buying it to stream, then think again. It will freeze up and the only way to restart it, is to unplug it and hopefully it might work the next time. You can only get certain app's and there is no way to download others. Pay a little more and get something better. This is not worth the time and aggravation!

LG blu-ray FLOP

For 6 months or so now, it's been taking forever to read discs, responding very slowly to commands (like pause, fwd, rev, stop, menu), with increasingly worse response time, until it just stopped reading anything. Big bummer and last LG purchase. Back to my old stand-by SONY!

Not good

Total garbage

Now I tried watching a movie yesterday, the player took forever to power up and after it did, I inserted the DVD player. It refused to play it after several attempts at trouble shooting. Now the player will not open or power off. The DVD is now stuck inside.

The product worked one time and broke

Would not purchase again

You have to unplug the player when it locks up because you can't even turn it off and you have to start all over after unplugging it. I would not recommend this product because we spend more time unplugging and restarting than actually watching anything through it.

Posted .That's not good. The first thing we would recommend trying is resetting your router to ensure it is refreshed. If the router is more than 30 feet away this can also cause a lag. Horrible blu ray player
