    Get what you pay for. Good for dvd’s. Online content lacking and those they do have crashes often. Don’t buy for internet apps.

    I was using a PS3 for Blueray and Netflix until it died. I saw this tiny device and thought it would be fine for both. It freezes often, looses it's network, and even when watching Blueray will sometimes just pop up the screen saying network needs connected. If it was more expensive I would have returned it. One thing that seems to have helped is that I have set the quick boot to off. Still pretty unstable though.

    The player is a piece of crap. I returned it the next day. It would not keep my internet connection. There was no way to download APPs...unless they are preloaded. It is not the quality player I was looking for. I bought Roku and now i just have find an old player with better software technology.

    I returned it because it the apps it advertises that you can use do not work. Those device isn't supported by the app companies

    I don’t recommend this item. It will ask you to connect to the network every time you insert a disc or movie. It doesn’t matter how close you are from the router or the speed as both are no an issue for my site. I troubleshooted the issue without success

    Interrupts movie

    Would not recommend, wish I knew before return period was over. In the middle of every movie a network connection pops up and have to reconnect interrupting the movie, cannot turn off and no issues with wifi, it does this every single movie I watch

    It has had issues with the Wi-Fi, some times it would get disconnected, and some times would work really slow...

    Wish I could give it more stars, but I bought it and it kept freezing up while trying to stream. Returned it and tried another. Same outcome. Had to return for a refund and bought a roku. There’s nothing wrong with my internet, because all devices including roku work perfectly. Sorry LG.

    Very poor smart Blu-ray player. Only has six apps does not have Hulu which is advertised that you can watch Hulu. Even trying to watch Netflix it lags so bad and would not stay connected to the Internet. Returned the product. If you’re looking for just a Blu-ray player buy something cheaper do not buy this if you’re going to stream content.

    not as many choices or as easy to use as the SONY. I prefer the SONY. SONY remote is easier to navigate as well.

    2nd blu ray bought and still gives glitches playing Netflix. Probably will bring back and get Samsung instead.

    I enjoyed this device. It was great while it worked properly. I like the fact that you could download an app and use your smart phone as a remote control for the unit. It was bake to play DVD’s, Blu-Rays and stream content. After about 3 months the blu ray function stopped working and would only play DVD’s and stream services.

    Blue ray works fine but freezes on Netflix all the time. Have to unplug it and start over. Happens a lot.

    Had all kinds of issues with the audio with this player. Wouldn't recommend if you have a surround sound system

    It constantly disconnects from your wifi. It was very frustrating and probably shouldn't be listed as wireless player.
