Bad Wi-if built in

Unable to stay connected using the wifi. When you are playing a Blu- ray a message appears let it me know that was unable to connect to wifi. No Ethernet port in the back of blu-ray to try another option. I have to stop watching movie to dismiss message. Every 10-15 minutes.

Wasn't what I expected. Too difficult to use.

Overpriced

I bought this for my parents and within 1 day of using it, their DVD got stuck in the player and it won't even release the DVD. The apps graphics is very one dimensional and I'd just stick to my ROKU if I wanted apps on my t.v. I'd say this was well worth the money, but it wasn't. Brand new and it buffers and now my movie is stuck in it.

Extremely unresponsive

We have a third older nonsmart tv that I wanted a blurry with smart features. I went with this one because of my prior experience with my other tvs but this player is beyond slow. Would not by again. Should have stuck with Sony as they are decently fast when using smart features

Kept freezing

Dangerous junk

This one was faulty and almost caught fire. It would turn itself on and off on it's own. Recently I walked out of the room, came back and smelled a metallic burning odor. Came back in the room and it was smoking. Had I not been home it may have caught fire.

I purchased this in 2018 not 2019, my bad. it works fine except for the fact it will not play my blue ray discs anymore. there was an update, pretty sure the update killed it. once I have some time, I am ditching this model and going back to Samsung. Sorry LG. Do better!!

No Audio Output Plugs
