Basic, slow, horrible connection

It freezes and won’t go back to the home screen or turn off. Piece of crap in my opinion. The quality of blue ray players have gone down hill.

Just Wanted to Watch Netflix

I know it is not my wifi because none of my other devices are having these issues. Hoping to get it replaced.

Streaming Capabilities are Slow

However, when trying to stream Netflix, the tv would pause every few seconds. Hence I returned the product and bought a smart tv instead. I did not even try the DVD player.

Didn't Stream Hulu Live

I couldn't make it work for Hulu Live. When I asked for help they said it works in the UK but not in the US. Not sure why. I returned the item and got an Amazon Fire Stick which works great for streaming Hulu Live and more.

Junk Interface

The interface is junk and very slow, the unit takes forever to connect to wifi. As a streaming player it's good. The only reason I'm replacing my old Sony is because Amazon is no longer supporting Sony devices.

I've had to reboot it at least once a week. And there's no display - I would never have purchased it had I known it didn't have one. I like to know how long I've been watching something and it's irritating to have to use the remote to check that.

Doesn’t stay connected to WiFi

And I can’t keep it from trying to connect so it interrupts my movies while playing a blue ray. Not worth the money. I should have bought the same model that we have in the basement from LG.

WiFi is unreliable at best!

It loses its connectivity within minutes and needs to be reinstalled no matter the distance from the router. I just wish I found this out before the return time lapses on it.

Stopped playing movies

After about 2 months it would read certain movies and not others. I have owned Blu-ray players in the past that never had any issues so this purchase has been really upsetting.

terrible bluray player

I called LG and their explanation was that the blu ray had to be in the same room as my router.. i have a 3 story house there's no way i could have this product with that kind of stipulation
