    Freezes constantly

    Bought as gift, was told it constantly freezes using apps and dvds. Dvd player wont respond to any input and must be rebooted by unseating power cord. All updates applied, no network issues with other streaming dvd player in the household.

    This blu-ray player constantly has to be signed back on the internet every time it’s turned on. Then, 50% of the time it will disconnect from the internet during use. As well as messages that are popping up constantly. So frustrating to deal with!

    This was the worst blu ray I’ve ever bought...used it for less than 2 hours and it froze 4 different times. Took that crap back and got the Samsung for $8 more. If I could I would give it negative stars. Definitely do not recommend!

    The DVD player plays dvds but built in WiFi was terrible. WiFi is extremely slow and freezes often when loading. Returned product.

    This LG blue-ray was a replacement for an older model It has a design flaw that causes it to stick repeatedly, as discovered in an online review from other customers and experts. It was returned.

    This product sucks . Can’t watch one disc in this thing !!! Every DVD needs a code to be able to watch something. Some code I can’t find . Makes it worst Best Buy been closed since!

    Bought this Blu-ray player hoping to be able to watch stuff from external hard drive. As soon as I plugged in my hard drive the USB port must have been faulty and fried my hard drive. Instantly returned

    Bought this less than a month ago and the DVD player has stopped sending a signal to the TV. Changed the HDMI cable and tried different ports on the TV, still doesn't work.

    From the day we bought it, the blu ray player kept disconnecting from the internet and interpting our movies, asking us to connect to the internet. Very disappointed

    Spent the extra money and get a better dvd player

    Has a difficult time staying connected to the internet. Freezes up all the time. Steaming services operate extremely slow and most the time have to unplug in order to reset the DVD player.

    Poor dvd player. It constantly had issues with connecting to wifi, even though we never needed to use it for anything that needed wifi. Do not buy this dvd llayet

    No digital audio output.

    Only plays in PCM format with HDMI cable on my TV, I don’t have a smart TV. I will be returning tomorrow to exchange for a player with a digital audio output. Probably would work well with a newer smart TV.

    Blu Ray kept freezing up and had to unplug and plug back in several times also got kicked off the internet more than once. I had to return this blu ray player and get my money back, don't get this item!

    This player has the worse picture quality. Very fine lines run thru the picture while it is playing. Worse sound very choppy, not worth the money.

    My girlfriend bought this because it had Vudu and her Firestick didn't. Overall the player's layout is just old and bland but not only that it has several issues with connecting and staying connected to WiFi

    This item was very light and the remote wasn't very responsive. Since the player had no buttons on it to manually operate it, we returned it. No more frustration!

    This device is the slowest and incompatible thing. It is so slow and sometimes the remote won’t work on it. I then have to reset this device and try again. Wouldn’t recommend

    Unit was slow to respond to remote and sleeps/shuts down when not in use. I had to reboot it each time I wanted to use it. I returned it for a Sony which works just fine.

    The DVD player part works okay. The WiFi streaming for Netflix is awful. Maybe 5-60 seconds and it freezes up. You have to reset it by unplugging it.

    It only has an Ethernet connection. This is a streaming blu ray player by cable. No WiFi even though the description and the box says WiFi certified.
