    the pre loaded apps do not exist, will not accept additional apps and store REFUSED TO TAKE IT BACK.

    had to play it thru the TV sound instead of my Bose system....unacceptable. had to return it.

    Wifi rarely works wants my wifi password about every other time. Don't waste your money on this DVD player

    I put this in my son's room and it works ok but has had some bugginess and software issues.

    It freezes all the time has the old apps for the price would look in to the Sony or other brands

    tried to play new movies on it and none worked. had to return it for a sony player.

    Did not like the set of how to get to apps on the device. Also had trouble using the app on my phone to control it.
