I have been pretty happy with this blu ray player so far. It has all the apps for streaming, and easily picks up wifi signal. The only reason I did not rate it 5 stars was at one point, the unit would not turn off, either manually or with remote. Issue resolved by unplugging, for a minute.

Its a very good machine. My family is a big fan of LG products. Easy to use and good quality with a great price.

Almost from the beginning it started freezing up!! I have to unplug it and plug it back in because it won't do anything. It streams when it wants too.Plays the dvd's ok.

Great buy for the price. Its has WiFi for streaming and it's a blu-Ray and DVD player. All around great gift. For the holidays.

Good little BD player. I had no trouble setting it up and updating firmware. I am not a bug fan of the interface but it's not bad. Had no issues with old and new BD's I tried as tests. This one was not hooked up to a good receiver so I can not comment on if it streams audio properly or not.

Priced ok but does not have apps built in like Netflix or VUDU streaming. Quality of output is good though and has a small footprint but lacks good apps for wifi streaming. Would be better if priced cheaper.

Added a blue Ray player to our RV. The LG works great with our 5th wheel TVs. It's so easy to move from room to room with it for our different TVs. Only wish is that it had headphone connection.

Definitely provides better quality sound and images than our old VGA DVD player. One issue, there are no lights on the front so you can't see if it turns on or not, and the buttons are difficult to see as well.

As it's been rumored that Blu-Ray and DVD discs are being phased out by streaming, I needed a reliable player that will last for a long time. This LG player doesn't disappoint. It does have streaming with Youtube, VUDU and Nexflix among others and it's true that there is no way to add apps to this player. For me this isn't a deal breaker. The apps that are on this player work flawlessly. For the price, it's a great buy and the picture quality is very good even on my 4K TV.

I bought this for my girlfriend to use at her new house. The blue ray is amazing on it and always works. The Netflix on it though and Hulu is always freezing and you have to unplug it and re enter the wifi often. Very frustrating.

Works great with the new receiver I bought, the picture and surround sound is like being right in a movie theater. Setting up was a breeze.

I really like this got it for the master bedroom and it is easy to use and a nice smaller size. Good price.

Still deciding whether to keep this open box purchase. There are times when machine has to turned off and on again to work properly. Other than that - easy to set up and use

I am a devoted LG customer and this is no exception. Easy no brainer plug and play. Great picture and sound works great with my LG soundbat.
