Bought this because the old dvd player finally died. Works great don't really use the apps much but when we do everything comes through clear. Perfect replacement at a good price.

Fairly good job of scaling and decent performance for your home theater. Good balance of ease of use and ease of setup with some extra features if you also have LG Home Audio. Decent product!

Has excellent sound and picture. Took me a while to figure out how to run it as I have owned a Sony for years and it is set up differently but once I learned they system, I had no problems with it. I am very happy with my purchase

We had an older dvd player that we replaced. This Blu-ray player is incredibly fast to load both older dvd's as well as blu-ray disks. The user interface is easy to use even for beginners, and I still can't believe how light the actual player is, as well as the remote! It is very quiet and moves between menu option quickly. Great product so far. My family is happy with it! Also has wifi!!!

just purchased new LG TV and sound bar just made sence to get a new dvd payer. Best Buy put this one on sale at a great price so we scooped one up and are we ever glad we did it. Thanks B B

Purchased as a replacement for an old model that wouldn't update or play older discs. Setup quick n easy and now able to watch. Not alot of streaming choices however.

Love the compactness of the blu ray player. Fits nicely under the tv. Easy to set up.

I like that it is a compact design. I also have an LG TV, so the remotes work with both products. I have not had any issues with the streaming applications, nor with the Wi-Fi. The streaming features were half the reason I purchased this product, and they have performed without any issues. That is very important to me. It is slow to start up, and the disk tray design makes it hard to remove a disk. The lip prevents you from grabbing the disk with your finger and thumb - you cannot grab the edge of the disk. The tray is so flimsy that pushing your finger through the hole in the disk causes the tray to bend significantly, and it feels that it may break with not much pressure. Overall the pros outweigh the cons.

We bought this for my daughters last birthday party to use with a projector. It worked great and was easy to use...the girls really enjoyed it. Basically did its job.

The LG Blue Ray Player is a great unit, very easy to hook up and operate ! I replaced my other unit which was LG, but not Blue Ray. It still operates great !

Good quality and great price for a basic DVD player

Wanted something simple with Wi-Fi capability and this fills the requirement. Works great so far, no problems with playing dvds & blu-rays and has worked like a champ streaming.

Purchased for Grandma. Set up for her quickly. After less than 5 minutes she was able to use it without any prompting. Another 5 minutes and she was able to choose between the player and the cable box. Screen looks nice.
